Marvel Studios Comic Con Summary

What a day at San Diego Comic Con! In particular, the Marvel Studios Hall H panel has concluded, but not before providing some huge news for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It's late, but we wanted to summarize the MCU news from the panel.

1. Black Widow will hit screens in May 2020 and take place at least partially after Civil War when Nat visits Budapest. Yelena Belova and Taskmaster will both feature in the film.

2. The Eternals is confirmed to premiere in November of 2020. Richard Madden is Ikaris and Angelina Jolie is Thena, which makes much more sense age-wise than Sersi.

3. Falcon and the Winter Soldier will debut on Disney+ in the fall of 2020. Zemo will appear and he will have the iconic Zemo hood.

4. Shang-Chi: Legend of the Ten Rings will premiere on February 12, 2021. Simu Liu has been cast as Shang-Chi and the Mandarin will appear.

5. Loki's Disney+ series will debut in the spring of 2021. The Avengers: Endgame scene where Loki makes off with the tesseract will lead into this series.

6. WandaVision will also debut in the spring of 2021. Monica Rambeau, played by Teyonah Parris, will appear.

7. Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness will premiere in May of 2021. This will be the first horror film in the MCU. Scarlet Witch will appear in the film and will be connected to WandaVision.

8. What if...? will debut on Disney+ in summer of 2021. Jeffrey Wright will voice the Watcher.

9. The Hawkeye series is confirmed and Kate Bishop will feature in it.

10. Thor: Love and Thunder will be hitting screens in November of 2021. Tessa Thompson's Valkyrie will be revealed as an LGBTQ hero, and Natalie Portman's Jane Foster will return to be introduced as the next Thor.

11. Kevin Feige did confirm that Black Panther 2, Captain Marvel 2, and Guardians of the Galaxy 3 are in development. The Fantastic Four and X-Men will be arriving sometime after 2021.

12. Finally, Mahershala Ali was revealed to be playing Blade. No details on when this movie will occur, but what a huge surprise.

We'll be diving into all this news in more detail in the week to come, but we wanted to get you call caught up the Marvel news of the day.
