Michael Keaton Returning for Spider-Man Sequel

It’s been confirmed that Michael Keaton’s Vulture will be returning for the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming, hitting theaters in July of 2019.
Keaton’s portrayal of the Adrian Toomes received great reviews and was an instant hit among fans. He was one of the best villains to enter the MCU to that date.
Keaton’s return isn’t a big surprise; there was a major cliffhanger at the end of the movie with Vulture and Mac Gargan in prison in which Vulture keeps Spidey’s identity a secret.
With Gargan’s Scorpion already present in the MCU, will we see the formation of the Sinister Six? Or could Toomes go in a different direction and become an unlikely and complicated ally for Spidey?
